Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products (e.g., personalized or custom-made items) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only through online payment methods (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
